Pairing
You can connect your HBM-30 to your mobile
phone or any device with Bluetooth wireless
technology that supports the Headset or the
Handsfree profile.
Pairing the HBM-30 with a phone
You pair the HBM-30 with the phone by adding it to
a list of paired devices in the phone. Once you have
paired your HBM-30 with the phone, you do not
need to pair it again until you want to use it with
another device.
To pair the HBM-30 with a phone
1. Turn off the HBM-30.
2. Press and hold and until you hear a beep
and the display shows Pairing mode.
3. Make sure that the HBM-30 is within 1m (3ft) of the
phone.
4. Prepare your phone according to the phone’s user
documentation on pairing.
5. Enter the passkey (0000) for HBM-30.
6. When pairing has been completed, the icon
appears on the HBM-30.
Resetting the HBM-30
HBM-30 can be reset to its factory settings. This
also clears current pairing.
To reset the HBM-30
With the HBM-30 in pairing mode, press and hold
both and . The display shows Factory Set
and the HBM-30 will switch off.
