The number 5, PRESET +, TV CH +, and H
buttons have tactile dots. Use the tactile dots as
references when operating the receiver.

This button is also available for Sony DIGITAL
MEDIA PORT adapter operation. For details on
the function of the button, see the operating
instructions supplied with the DIGITAL MEDIA
PORT adapter.

•The AUX on the remote is not available for
receiver operation.

entry mode, either one or two
digits of the VCR or satellite
tuner.
To select the channel entry
mode of the TV, press TV
(wl) and then press -/--.
>10 Press to select track numbers
over 10 of the VCR, VCD
player, LD player, CD player,
MD deck, tape deck, TV or
satellite tuner.
CLEAR Press to clear a mistake when
you press the incorrect
numeric button of the DVD
player, satellite tuner, Blu-ray
disc recorder, PSX, DVD/
VHS COMBO or DVD/HDD
COMBO.

SLEEP Press to activate the Sleep
Timer function and the
duration which the receiver
turns off automatically.

Press to select the category
mode for XM radio.
wj 2CH Press to select 2CH STEREO
mode.
wk A.F.D. Press to select A.F.D. mode.
wl TV Press to light up the button. It
changes the remote key
function to activate the
buttons with orange printing.
It also activate the OPTIONS
TOOLS (qa), MENU (L),
RETURN/EXIT O (U),
DISPLAY (J), (V) and
V/v/B/b (V) buttons to
perform menu operations for
Sony TVs only.
