Speaker connection
Connect the speaker wires to the SPEAKER terminals as shown.
Front speakers
Connect the black wire to the minus () terminal, and the red
wire to the plus (+) terminal.
Center speaker and rear speakers
Connect the wire with the white line to the minus () terminal
and the plain wire to the plus (+) terminal.
Caution:
Do not mistake the right channel for the left channel when
connecting the speakers to the unit.
The right speaker is the one on the right side when you are
facing the front of the unit.
Do not let the bare speaker wires touch each other as this
may damage the amplifier and/or speakers.
Do not allow any objects to fall into or to be placed in the bass
reflex ducts.
Do not stand or sit on the speakers. If the speakers fall or
collapse, you may be injured.
When you use speakers other than the speakers included with
this unit, if their impedance is lower than that specified for each
speaker type, the unit may be damaged.
Front speakers: 6 ohms
Center speaker: 6 ohms
Rear speakers: 12 ohms

Subwoofer
To enhance the Home Theater experience, you can add a com-
mercially available external subwoofer with a built-in amplifier to
this unit.
Use an RCA cord to connect the external subwoofer with a
built-in amplifier to the SUBWOOFER jack on the rear of the
unit.
Caution:
Do not allow any objects to fall into or to be placed in the bass
reflex ducts.
Do not stand or sit on the speakers. If the speakers fall or
collapse, you may be injured.
Placing the speaker system
To get the most out of your surround sound speaker system,
position them as shown in the illustration.
The front speakers and the center speaker are magnetically
shielded to prevent interference to your TV picture.
Therefore, they do not affect the display even if you use them
near the TV.
However, some color variation may occur, depending on the type
of the TV used.
If color variations occur...
Turn off the TV (from the power switch).
After 15-30 minutes, turn the TV on again.
If the color variation is still present...
Move the speakers further away from the TV.
Note:
If any kind of magnet or an electromagnet is placed too close
to the TV monitor and the system, irregular colors may appear
on the TV monitor screen.
