This limitedwarranty beginsonthe original dateof purchase,and isvalid oniy onproductspurchasedand used in theUnited States. To receive
warrantyservice,the purchasermustcontactSAMSUNGfor problemdeterminationandservice procedures. Warranty servicecan onlybe
performedby a SAMSUNGauthorizedservicecenter. Theoriginaldated billof salemust bepresented uponrequestas proofof purchaseto
SAMSUNGor SAMSUNG'sauthorizedservicecenter. Transportationof the productto and fromthe servicecenter is theresponsibilityofthe
purchaser.
SAMSUNGwill repairor replacethis product,at ouroption andatno chargeas stipulatedherein,with newor reconditionedpartsor productsif
found to bedefectiveduring thelimited warrantyperiodspecified above, All replacedpartsandproductsbecomethe propertyof SAMSUNGand
must bereturnedto SAMSUNG. Replacementparts andproductsassume theremainingoriginalwarranty, or ninety(90)days,whicheveris
longer.
SAMSUNG'sobligations withrespecttosoftwareproductsdJstdbutedbySAMSUNG undertheSAMSUNG brandnameare setforth in the
applicableend user licenseagreement. Non-SAMSUNGhardwareand softwareproducts,if provided,are on an"ASIS" basis. Non-SAMSUNG
manufacturers,suppliers, publishers,andservice providersmayprovidetheir ownwarranties.
This limitedwarranty coversmanufacturingdefectsin materialsand workmanshipencounteredin normal,and exceptto theextent otherwise

seriatnumbers; cosmeticdamage orexteriorfinish; accidents,abuse, neglect,fire,water, lightningor otheracts of nature;useof products,
equipment,systems, utilities,services,parts,supplies,accessories,applications,installations,repairs, externalwiring or connectorsnot supplied
andauthorizedby SAMSUNG,or whichdamage thisproduct orresultin serviceproblems;incorrectelectricallinevoltage,fluctuationsandsurges;
customeradjustmentsandfailure to followoperating instructions,cleaning, maintenanceand environmentalinstructionsthatare coveredand
prescribedin theinstructionbook; productremovalor reinstailation;receptionproblemsanddistortion relatedto noise,echo, interferenceor other
signal transmissionanddeliveryproblems. SAMSUNGdoes notwarrant uninterruptedor error-freeoperationofthe product.
