Polk Audio, Inc., warrants to the original retail purchaser only. Thiswarranty will terminate
automatically prior toits stated expiration ifthe original retail purchaser sells ortransfers the Product

roduct will befree from defects inmaterial and workmanship for aperiod of three (3) years

rom thedate of original retail purchase from aPolk Audio Authorized Dealer. Furthermore, Polk

udio, Inc., warrants, tothe original retail purchaser only, that any AMPLIFIER OROTHER ELECTRONIC
COMPONENT that may be included in this Polk AudioLoudspeaker Product will befree from defects
in material and workmanship for aperiod of one (1) year from thedate of original retail purchase
from aPolk Audio Authorized Dealer. To allow PolkAudio to offer the bestpossible warranty service,

lease fill out theProduct Registration Card(s) andsend it tothe Factory atthe addressprovided

n the Product Registration Card(s) within ten(10) days of thedate of original purchase. Defective

roducts must beshipped, together with proof ofpurchase, prepaid insured tothe Polk Audio
Authorized Dealer from whom youpurchased the Product, orto the Factory at1 Viper Way, Vista,
California 92081. Products must beshipped in theoriginal shipping container orits equivalent;
in any case the risk of loss or damage in transit isto be borne byyou.

f upon examination at the Factory or Polk Audio Authorized Dealer itis determined that theunit

as defective inmaterials or workmanship atany time during this Warrantyperiod, Polk Audio

r the Polk Audio Authorized Dealer will, at its option, repair orreplace this Product atno additional
charge, except as set forth below. All replaced parts andProducts become theproperty of PolkAudio.
Products replaced orrepaired under this warranty willbe returned toyou, within areasonable time,

reight prepaid. This warranty doesnot include service or parts torepair damage caused byaccident,
disaster,misuse, abuse, negligence, inadequate packing orshipping procedures, commercial use,
voltage inputs in excess of the rated maximum ofthe unit, cosmetic appearance ofcabinetry not
directly attributable to defect in materials orworkmanship, or service, repair, or modification ofthe
Product which has not been authorized or approved by Polk Audio. This warranty shall terminate

f the serial number on the Product hasbeen removed, tampered withor defaced.
This warranty isin lieu ofall other expressed Warranties.If this Product isdefective in materials or
workmanship aswarranted above, yoursole remedy shall berepair or replacement asprovided above.
In noevent will Polk Audio, Inc. be liable toyou for any incidental orconsequential damages arising
out ofthe use orinability to usethe Product, even ifPolk Audio,Inc., or aPolk Audio Authorized
Dealer,has been advised ofthe possibility ofsuch damages, orfor any claim byany other party. Some
states donot allow the exclusion orlimitation of consequential damages, sothe above limitationand
exclusion may not apply toyou. All implied warranties on thisProduct are limitedto the duration of
this expressed Warranty.Some states donot allow limitation onhow long an implied Warranty lasts,
so the above limitations may notapply to you. This Warranty givesyou specificlegal rights, andyou
also may have other rights which vary from state to state. This Warranty applies onlyto Products
purchased in theUnited States ofAmerica, its possessions, andU.S. and NATO armed forces
exchanges and audio clubs.The Warranty terms andconditions applicable to Products purchased
in other countries are available from the Polk Audio Authorized Distributors insuch countries.
