Other methods of disc play
Program play

Remote control only
You can select up to 24 tracks to play in the order you choose.
Preparation:
Press [SELECTOR] to select DVD/CD.
Ensure a Video CD or CD is in the play position tray.
(Program play is not possible if the play position tray contains a
DVD/MP3 disc or is empty.)
1 While stopped
Press [PLAY MODE] to select
PRGM.
Each time you press the button:
PRGM RANDOM 1 DISC RANDOM ALL DISC
Original display
2 Press [DISC] and (within 10 seconds) [1][5]
to select the disc.
3 Select the track with the numbered
buttons.
To select tracks numbered 10 and over
Press [j] then the two digits.
e.g. To select track 21: [j] [2] [1].
Repeat steps 2 and 3 to program all tracks you want in the required
order.
Step 2 is not necessary when selecting a track from the disc
currently displayed.
4 Press [DVD/CD :].
All the tracks are played in the selected order.
To exit program mode
Press [PLAY MODE] to clear PRGM.
Program contents will be saved in the memory.
You can do the following while the disc is stopped
Press [L] to cancel the resume function if it is on.
To check program contents
While PRGM is displayed (A), press [g, 1] or [f, 2].
Each time you press a button, the disc number, track number and
program order are displayed.
To add to the program
Repeat steps 2 and 3.
To cancel tracks
When CD FULL is displayed
24 tracks have been programmed. No further tracks can be
programmed.
Note
Discs and tracks the unit cannot find can be programmed but are
canceled during play. This is also the case if you program a DVD/
MP3 disc.
You can program individual tracks even if the disc is a Video CD
with PBC. ( page 58).
Skipping is done in the programmed order.

Press [SHIFT] + [CLEAR].
While PRGM is displayed (A)
Select the track with
[g, 1] or [f, 2] then press
[SHIFT] + [CLEAR].
Press [L].
CLEAR is displayed.
