10. You can review the programmed playback order by pressing the
MEMORY/TIME SET button (11) repeatedly and observing the track and
corresponding program number in the main display window (8).
11. Additional tracks can be added to the end of a program by pressing STOP
(9) followed by repeated presses of the MEMORY/TIME SET button (11)
until – – shows on the display. Next, select a track using the TUNING
UP/DOWN/SKIP buttons (10 or 13) followed by a press of the
MEMORY/TIME SET button (11) to store the track.
12. To modify the program, press STOP (9) and then press the
MEMORY/TIME SET button (11) repeatedly until the desired “P- number”
is reached. Choose a replacement track with the UP/DOWN/SKIP
buttons (10 or 13) and store it by pressing the MEMORY/TIME
SET button (11) again.
13. To delete the program from memory, press MEMORY/TIME SET button
(11) followed by the STOP button (9). Unplugging the unit will also
accomplish this.
14. Pressing STOP (9), FUNCTION (5), FM/AM (6), OPEN/CLOSE (12), or
STANDBY/ON (3) will cancel the program.
USING THE AUX INPUT
1. Any device that has a standard 3.5 mm (1/8 inch) headphone jack can be
played through the KS-600. Use the supplied 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm stereo
interconnect cable to route the device’s headphone jack to the AUX input
(1) on the left side of the KS-600. Activate the AUX input by selecting
AUX with the FUNCTION button (5).
2. Volume can be controlled from the external device or from the KS-600.
Normally, the volume of the external device should be set to
approximately half of maximum and the listening volume controlled from
the KS-600. If you notice distortion at low volume, turn down the volume
on the external device.
3. Laptop computers, Portable DVD, CD, MP3, Tape players, and personal
TVs are ideal devices to connect via the AUX input (1).
HEADPHONES:
A 3.5 mm headphone jack (2) permits standard headphones to be used with the
KS-600. When headphones or ear buds are plugged in, the speakers are
