To play back only intros (Intro Scan)
Each time you press RPT/INT (Repeat/Intro) while playing a MD, MD intro
scan mode turns on and off alternately.
When the intro scan mode is turned on, “INTRO” appears on the display for
5 seconds and a track number flashes. The first 15 seconds of each track
are played sequentially.

Prohibiting MD ejection
MD/CD
You can prohibit the MD ejection and can “lock” an MD in the loading slot.
While holding MD/CD, press for more than 2 seconds. “NO EJECT” flashes on the
display for about 5 seconds, and the MD is “locked” and cannot be ejected.
To cancel the prohibition and “unlock” the MD, press again for more than 2
seconds, while holding MD/CD. “EJECT OK” appears on the display, and the MD is “unlocked.”
Note:
If the MD ejection is prohibited with no MD loaded, an MD or a CD can be inserted but cannot be
ejected. To eject it, cancel the prohibition.
