Troubleshooting
Warning
To avoid damaging your hearing, set the volume to a low
level before putting on the headphones, then adjust the
volume up to a comfortable level.
Caution
Do not try to repair the shelf system yourself. Doing so will
invalidate your warranty.

No sound or
power
Volume too low. Turn up the volume.
AC power cord not securely
connected.
Connect the AC power cord.
The CD does
not play
The CD was incorrectly
inserted.
Reinsert the CD, label side up.
The CD is defective. Try another CD.
The CD compartment is not
closed.
Close the CD door.
There is condensation in the
CD compartment.
Remove the CD and leave the
cover open for about an hour in a
dry environment.
No disc
indicated on the
display
No CD inserted. Insert a CD, CD-R, or CD-RW disc.
The CD is badly scratched or
dirty.
Clean the CD if it’s dirty. Replace
the CD if it’s defective.
There is condensation in the
CD compartment.
Remove the CD and leave the
cover open for about an hour in a
dry environment.
You are using a CD-R or
CD-RW that is blank or the
disc has not been finalized.
Use a finalized CD-R or CD-RW.

headphones
