Connecting the Multi-CD Changer to your Wave
®
music system
If you have already set up your Wave
®
music system, disconnect the power cord on the back
panel and set it aside. You will need to use it again during this setup procedure.
1. Plug the Bose
®
link cable from the changer into the Bose
®
link connector on your Wave
®
music system.
2. Plug the AC power cord from the changer into the AC power input connector on the back
of the Wave
®
music system.
3. Plug the Wave
®
music system AC power cord into the AC power input connector on the
back of the changer.
4. Plug the other end of the power cord into an AC (mains) wall outlet. For best FM recep-
tion, straighten the power cord as much as possible. Your Wave
®
music system uses the
power cord as an FM antenna.

IMPORTANT
Make sure you perform
step 5. This enables
your Wave
®
music
system to operate the
disc changer.
Turn to “Updating your Wave
®
music system” on page 7 and follow the instructions for
running the Wave
®
music system update disc.
