3. Enter information or change the settings:

Title
: enter the title of the item.
•
Details
: enter item details.
•
Start date
and
Start time
: enter
the starting date and time for the
item.
•
End date
and
End time
: enter the
ending date and time for the item.
•
Location
: enter information about
the item location.
•
Alarm
: select to set an alarm for the
item.
•
Before
: set how long before the item
the alarm is to alert.
•
Alarm tone
: select an alarm tone.
•
Repeat
: select to set the item to
recur and select a time format for an
item to recur.
•
every
: set a repeat interval.
•
By date
: select a specific date of the
month for an item to recur.
•
By day
: select a specific day of the
month for an item to recur.
•
Except weekends
: select to set the
alarm to sound except for weekends.
•
Expiry
: change the expiry setting.
4. Press <
Options
> and select
Save
to
save the item.
Entering an anniversary
1. Select a date on the calendar.
2. Press <
Options
> and select
Create
→
Anniversary
.
3. Enter information or change the settings:

Occasion
: enter information about the
anniversary.
•
Date
: enter the date.
•
Alarm
: select to set an alarm for the
anniversary.
•
Before
: set how long before the item
the alarm is to alert.
•
Alarm time
: enter the alarm time.
•
Alarm tone
: select an alarm tone.
•
Repeat every year
: select to set the
phone to remind you of the anniversary
every year.
