5. Begin to type an English word,
for example create.
As you type letters, the rst word
in the book that matches the
letters you type will move to the
top of the word list. You may not
have to type the entire word in
order to nd the one you want. In
this example, note that “create”
appears on the screen after you
type “creat”.
6. When the word you want is on
the screen, press until the
word you want is highlighted.
Or you can continue typing letters
until the word is complete and
the matching word in the list is
automatically highlighted.
Note: The number of denitions
that contain the word is displayed
following the word.
7. Press ENTER.
The list of denitions that contain
“create” is displayed. Press
to return to the word
search screen.
Note: Results may span multiple
pages. At most, ve headwords
can be displayed at one time. The
page numbers are displayed at
the top of the page.
8. Press or to move the
highlight to the entry you want
to view and then press ENTER
to select it.
Note: If you want to move to
another page, highlight the page
number you want, press ENTER
and then repeat Step 8 to select
an entry.
The entry is displayed that
contains the selected word.
9. Use the navigation button to
read the entire entry.
Press to hear the word.
10. Press CLEAR when done.
