TAS5704isdesignedtodrivetwo8-Ωloudspeakersupto20Wperchannel(10%THD+N)inaBTL
configuration.TheTAS5704EVMcanalsobeconfiguredtodrivefour,4-Ωspeakersinasingle-ended
(SE)configuration.Finally,theTAS5704EVMcanbeconfiguredtodrive2single-endedspeakersplus1
bridge-tiedspeaker(2.1mode).Reviewtheboardschematic,andTAS5601documentsforadditional
informationandmorespecificapplicationinformationonthesubwooferdaughtercardandconnector.
TAS5704EVM,togetherwithotherTIcomponentsonthisboard,isacomplete4channeldigitalaudio
amplifiersystem,whichincludesdigitalinput(SPDIF),analoginputsviaADC,andotherfeatureslike
mute,powerdown,outputconfigurationcontrol,formatcontrol,andgaincontrol.
