Slim and Streamlined Structure (DV-545/DV-444-K/DV-444-S)
Pioneer's new slim DVD-Video players have a redesigned internal construction
and slim loading mechanism, which results in an extremely thin component
(only 5.5 cm high) – still delivering fantastic DVD quality entertainment!
Designed with you and your living room in mind, they don't take up much
room, which leaves you with a more streamlined interior and more space for
any additional components you might want to add to the TV cabinet.
Digital Output Sockets (for DVD/CD)
All Pioneer DVD players have both optical* and coaxial digital output
terminals that can stream Dolby Digital, MPEG audio, DTS and linear PCM data
to allow for full system integration with all manner of audio and A/V
components.
*Note: The DV-343 and DV-340 only feature a coaxial digital output terminal. The PDV-LC20 and
PDV-20 only feature an optical output terminal.
