nady.com for a Return Authoriza tion (R/A) number and a service quote (if out of warranty).
Make sure the R/A number is clearly marked on the outside of the package and cashier’s
check or money order is enclosed (if not under warranty or prepaid with a credit card).
Include a brief description of the problems you are having and, if under warranty, a proof of
date and place of purchase (i.e., photocopy of bill of sales), and ship prepaid to:
