Connect a microphone.

Enjoying Karaoke
(Except for some areas)
When CDs or tapes with recorded voice and instrument
music are played, it is possible to lower the volume only
for the voice part. You can sing along to the recorded ac-
companiment as a simplified karaoke operation by connect-
ing a microphone.
Sing along with the accompaniment.
Play the music.
÷Set the MIC VOL. control knob to the fully counterclockwise position
when the microphone is not used.

Effective Sound Adjustment
1Turn the MIC VOL. control fully
counterclockwise.
2Plug the microphone into one of the
MIC jacks.
3Adjust the volume balance between
the music input and microphone in-
put.
After the above steps, you can record your karaoke sing-
ing onto a tape. However, note that the karaoke singing
using a tape cannot be recorded onto a tape.
