Ordering Parts Send a P.O. (purchase order) to DTS’ main offices in the USA. Address it to Customer
Service and send it by FAX or email.

Returning Contact DTS Customer Service and request a RMA (return material authorization).
Parts We require all returned parts to have a full description of the problem and the serial
number of the DTS product it came from. When you need replacement parts, send a
