NOTICE
In order
to
ensure that your new
XM
Radio operates properly you must
install these attached "ferrites"
to
both
the
XM
Satellite Radio antenna
lead and
the
cigarette lighter
adaptor lead
as
illustrated below.
Doing
so
is
an
important
part
of
the
installation which
is
required
to
make
sure
that
your
XM
Radio will
not
interfere
with
other
radios.
How
to
attach
the
snap
on
"ferrite"
to
the
XM
Satellite
Radio
POWER
ADAPTER
cable.
Place
the
car
power
adapter
cable
into
the ferrite.
Be
sure
the bottom
edge
of
the plastic cover
is
inside
the ferrite.
o
Snap
the ferrite
closed.
Be
sure
you
are
not
pinching the
cable.

attached
it

The

should
fit
tightly around the
cable.
