• Channel “0” is reserved for RF output of VCR.
• Channels not set with “FIRST INSTALLATION” or “CH SETUP”
are set to be skipped and therefore cannot be displayed using
CH ( )/( ) (Channel).
■ Using Channel Select
When selecting the channel using Channel Select, finish
inputting the channel number by holding down the button for
the last digit for a moment.
To select a one-digit channel (e.g., Channel 5):
Hold down the
button.
• If “5-” is indicated and the picture does not change,
press the
button to switch over to the 1-digit
select mode and hold down the
button again.
To select a two-digit channel (e.g., Channel 15):
Press the
button to set the 2-digit select mode.
Press the button.
Hold down the button.
To select a 3-digit channel number (e.g., Channel 150):
Press the button to set the 3-digit select mode.
Press the button. Press the

Hold down the button.
• Complete this procedure within 4 seconds, otherwise the selection
will not be made.
• For a 3-digit channel number, only “0” or “1” can be input for the
first digit.

Sound Volume
To adjust the volume
● Press VOL (+) to increase the sound volume.
• The bar indicator shifts right.
● Press VOL (–) to decrease the sound volume.
• The bar indicator shifts left.
To mute the sound

e (Mute) to temporarily turn off the sound.
• “SOUND OFF” is displayed.

e (Mute) again to turn off the Mute function.
• “SOUND ON” is displayed.
• When VOL (+)/(–) is pressed in the Mute mode, the sound turns
on, and the volume indicator is displayed.
• The Mute function is cancelled when POWER is pressed.
Changing Channels
You can select channels using Channel Select or
CH ( )/( ) (Channel).
• To handle the increasing number of channels available, this LCD
TV set allows you to select up to 200 channels (0 to 199).
■ Using CH ( )/( ) (Channel)
● Press CH ( ) to change the channels in the following order:
1 → 2 → 3 → . . . → 198 → 199 → 0 → 1 → 2 → 3 → . . .
● Press CH ( ) to change the channels in the following order:
3 → 2 → 1 → 0 → 199 → 198 → . . . → 3 → 2 → 1 → . . .
