PolkAudio, Inc.warrants tothe originalpurchaseronlythat thisPolkAudio
LoudspeakerProduct (the“Product”) willbe freefrom defectsinmaterials
andworkmanship for aperiod oftwo(2)years fromthedate oforiginal retail
purchasefrom aPolk AudioAuthorized Dealer.However,this Warrantywill
automaticallyterminate priorto theexpiration ofthe two(2)years ifthe original
retailpurchaser sellsor otherwisetransfers theProduct toanyother party.The
originalretail purchaser shallhereinafter bereferredtoas “you.”ToallowPolk
Audioto offer thebest possiblewarrantyservice,please fillouttheProduct
RegistrationCard(s) and sendit totheFactory,at theaddressprovidedon
theProduct Cards(s)within ten(10) daysof thedateofpurchase. Defective
