LocalTalk
Menu Options
The LocalTalk Menu, a submenu of the Interface Menu,
contains options for configuring the printer’s LocalTalk port
when the LocalTalk option (DNIC-L’TALK) has been
installed.
For detailed information on the DNIC-L’TALK, refer to the
DNIC-L’TALK Configuration Guide in the DNIC-L’TALK
option kit.
Ethernet
Menu Options
The Ethernet Menu, a submenu of the Interface Menu,
contains options for configuring the printer’s Ethernet port
when the Ethernet option (DNIC-E’NET) has been installed.
The Ethernet option supports the following protocols:
• Novell NetWare, Version 2.x, 3.x, and 4.x (BEM)
• TCP/IP
• EtherTalk
•LAT
• Microsoft Windows NT
• SNMP

DNIC-E’NET Configuration Guide in the DNIC-E’NET option
kit.
