Using the HDR 145
To switch the devices on and to listen to your sound source,

CAUTION! Hearing damage due to high volumes!
Listening at high volume levels for long periods
can lead to permanent hearing defects.
̈ Before putting the headphones on, set the
volume to a low level (see page 9).
̈ Do not continuously expose yourself to high
volumes.
̈ Set the ON/OFF switch 5 on the headphones to
the position ON
