About DVD+R/DVD+RW compatibility
Only DVD+R/DVD+RW discs recorded in
‘Video Mode (DVD Video Mode)’ which have
been finalized, can be played back. However,
some editing made during the recording may
not be played back accurately.
About DivX
DivX is a compressed digital video format
created by the DivX
®
video codec from DivX,
Inc. This player can play DivX video files burned
on CD-R/-RW and DVD-R/-RW/-ROM discs.
Keeping the same terminology as DVD-Video,
individual DivX video files are called ‘Titles’.
When naming files/titles on a CD-R/-RW or
DVD-R/-RW disc prior to burning, keep in mind
that by default they will play in alphabetical
order.
