OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
With the power on, press the
PRESET EQ button to cycle
through the preset EQ settings or
to turn the EQ off. Each press of
the PRESET EQ button will cycle
as follows: CLASSIC, ROCK,
POP, JAZZ, Off.

PRESET EQ
To temporarily mute the sound, press
the Mute button on the remote
control; “MUTE” will appear in the
display and the sound will be muted.
Press the MUTE button again to
restore the sound and “MUTE” will
disappear from the display.

MUTE
To listen to the unit through
headphones, simply insert the
headphones (not included) into the
Headphones jack. The speakers
will be disconnected when the
Headphones are plugged in.

HEADPHONE JACK
With the power off, press the
MEM/CLOCK SET button; the
time will blink in the display.

Press the Tune/Skip/Search n
button 1 to set the current
minute, then press the MEM/
CLOCK SET button

the time will be set.

SETTING THE CLOCK
DISPLAY BUTTON
WHILE IN THE RADIO OR CD STOP MODE:
Press the DISPLAY button on the remote once to show the clock on
the display. Press a second time to show the timer on time. Press a
third time to show the timer off time. Press again or wait five seconds
and the display will show the radio frequency or total tracks/time of
the CD.
WHILE PLAYING A CD:
Press the DISPLAY button on the remote once to show the
remaining time of the CD on the display. Press a second time to
show the clock. Press a third time to show the timer on time. Press a
fourth time to show the timer off time. Press again or wait five
seconds and the display will show the elapsed time of the CD.
