Crossover
Note:
If the crossover frequency is set to a low value, and the
program material doesn’t contain any sounds below
that frequency, the subwoofer will not output much
sound.

Use the Up and Down [ ]/[ ]
buttons to select “c. Center,” and
then use the Left and Right
[ ]/[ ] buttons to select:
Small:
Select if the center speaker is
small.
Large:
Select if the center speaker is
large.
None:
Select if no center speaker is
connected.
Note:
If the Front setting in step 5 is set to
Small, the Large option cannot be
selected.

Use the Up and Down [ ]/[ ]
buttons to select “d. Surround,”
and then use the Left and Right
[ ]/[ ] buttons to select:
Small:
Select if the surround left and
right speakers are small.
Large:
Select if the surround left and
right speakers are large.
None:
Select if no surround left and
right speakers are connected.
Note:
If the Front setting in step 5 is set to
Small, the Large option cannot be
selected.

Back,” and then use the Left and

Notes:
If the Surround setting in step 7 is set
to None, this setting cannot be
selected.
If the Surround setting in step 7 is set
to Small, this setting cannot be set to
Large.

buttons to select “f. SurrBack
Ch,” and then use the Left and
Right [ ]/[ ] buttons to select:
1ch:
Select if one surround back
speaker is connected.
2ch:
Select if two (left and right)
surround back speakers are
connected.

Use the Up and Down [ ]/[ ]
buttons to select “g. Crossover,”
and then use the Left and Right
[ ]/[ ] buttons to select a
crossover frequency.
Choose a crossover frequency suitable
for your setup. If you’re using a sub-
woofer, choose a crossover frequency
based on the diameter of your front
speakers. If you’re not using a sub-
woofer, use the diameter of any speaker
that you specified as Small.
