Troubleshooting
Caution! Under no circumstances should you try to repair the system yourself, because this
will void the warranty. Do not open the system, because there is a risk of electric shock.
If something doesn’t work right, first check to make sure that all of the
installation instructions were closely followed, then check the troubleshooting
steps below. If you are unable to solve the problem by following these
guidelines, contact Insignia for service at (877) 467-4289.

Problem Explanation and solution
No power Make sure that the power cord is firmly plugged into the
power outlet.
One of the audio output device’s power safeties may be
operating. Unplug the audio output device from the power
outlet, then plug it back in again. The power safety will reset.
See your audio output device’s documentation for more help.
No sound Make sure that the speakers are correctly connected.
