WHO'S COVEREDBY THIS WARRANTY?
Cerwin-Vega's Limited Warranty on residentialspeakers extendsonly to
the original purchaser asevidencedby the original BillofSaleand only to
the residentialspeakerspurchased fromauthorizedCerwin-Vega dealers.

WHAT'S COVEREDBY THIS WARRANTY?
C.e_vin-Vegawarrants that all new residential speakersshallbe flee from
defectsin materialand workmanship, under normal and proper use.
Cetwin-Vega agreesto repair orreplace(at ouroption)allsuch defective
parts atno charge forlabor or materials.
WNM'S NOT COVEREDBY THIS WARRANTY?
This Limited Warranty doesnot applyto defectiveequipment that: has
been altered orrepairedby other than factory approvedprocedures; has
been subjected to negligence,misuse oraccident;hasbeen damaged by
improper line voltage;had its serialnumber orany part ofit altered,
defaced, orremoved; has been used for otherthan home entertainment
purposes; orhas been used in away that is contrary toCerwin-Vega's
written instructions.
Except as provided by statute, this LimitedWarranty does not cover
losses,consequential or otherwise,resulting from the improper useof, or
inability to operate, any Cerwm-Vega product.
HOW LONGDOESTHEWARRANTYEXTEND?
Cerwin-Vega'sLimitedWarrantyextendsforaperiodoffive(5)yearsfor
allsystemspeakercomponentsandtwo(2)yearsforallassociated
electronicscomponents,includingamplifierandcontrollerdevices,'from
dateofpurchaseasshownonthe originalBillofSale. Ifa defectexists
withinthewarrantyperiod,thewarrantywiltnot expireuntil thedefect
hasbeenfixed.
The warranty period willalso beextendedif the warranty repairshave
not beenperformed due to delayscausedby drcumstancesbeyond the
control of theoriginalpurchaser,or ifthe warrantyrepairsdid not
remedy the defect andthe original purchaser notifies Cerwin-Vegaor the
originaldealeroran AuthorizedCerwin-VegaService Centerof the
failure of the repairswithin 30 days afterthey were completed.

problem without any return ofequipment, thereby avoiding transit delays.
WHATIF THEPRODUCTMUSTBERETURNED?
Iftbe CustomerServiceDepartmentdeterminesthattheequipmentmust
hereturnedto Cerwin-Vegaforservice,a ReturnAuthorizationwillbe
issuedbymail,andthedefectivemerchandisemaybeshippeddirectlyto
theaboveaddressfreightprepaid,alongwithacopyofboththe Return
Authorizationand theoriginalBillofSale.
The product will be replaced orrepaired (atour option)and returned to
the originalpurchaser. Only the return postagewillbe paid byCerwin-
Vega. Cerwin-Vega will notbe responsible fordamageoccurringin
shipment from the originalpurchaser ordue to improper packing
materials. Rememberto packallequipment carefullyandin the original
carton ifpossible. Additional chargesmay beaddedifnew packing
materials arerequired forreturn shipment. SAVEYOUR ORIGINAL

The exerciseof anyof the provisions under the LimitedWarranty does
not affectthe protections or remediesofthe originalpurchaser under

Cerwin-Vega reservesthe right to make changesin product designand
specificationsat any time.

CERWIN-VEGA MAKESNO ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATION
OR WARRANTY OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED

Carefully unpack your subwoofer, savingthe box and packing materials
incaseyou everneed to transport,ship, or move your subwoofer. Before
