To check the damper is functioning
correctly, the ECA is equipped with
an indicator light in the middle of
the board. This light operates as in
Table 42.

While setting the minimum position
the damper may move towards the
new setting in several small steps.
Once the damper has remained in
the same position for 10 to 15
seconds it can be assumed it is in
the new position.
OFF: No Power or Failure
ON: Normal, OK to Economize
Slow Flash:
