Press or to scroll through your sent messages.
• If an exclamation point (!) appears with a message, the message was not
sent successfully. If you press , UNSENT appears followed by E0 or
FE. E0 indicates that there was no Caller ID service. FE indicates that an
error occurred during transmission. The fax machine will make 3 attempts
at 5-minute intervals to resend the message.
• You can press and then to delete a message when it appears
in the display, or press to print the message.

If you wish to read or resend a message that appears in the display,
press . The text of the message appears.
• Press or as needed to scroll through the message.

When you have finished reading the message, you can do any of the
following:
• Edit/resend: To resend (and edit if needed) the message, press twice.
The number of the recipient appears in the display. Continue from Step 5
on page 36.
• Delete: To delete the message, press and then .
• Print: To print the message, press .
• Read other messages: To return to the message list, press .
• Exit: To return to the date and time display, press .
