Viewing 3D images
1 Select the 3D source (HDMI).
2 Press "3D" button on Remote Control.
NOTE
• The TV screen may temporarily become black when the TV
is trying to detect a 3D image signal and when switching
from 3D to 2D mode.
Receiving a 3D image signal that
can be detected automatically
The image signal may contain a 3D identification signal.
You can enable the TV to automatically detect the 3D
image type.
• After pressing 3D button a screen appears prompting
you to select between the following options.
E When “3D Display” is set to “ON (AUTO)”
The 3D display format is detected automatically and
the appropriate 3D image is displayed.
E When “3D Display” is set to “Off (2D)”
The image is displayed as 2D format.
Enjoying 3D image viewing
You can enjoy 3D-supported images on the TV when
you wear 3D glasses (AN-3DG20-B), sold separately.
Confi rm how to use the 3D glasses before watching
3D-supported images. These 3D glasses are only for
use with SHARP LCD TVs supporting 3D.
Receiving a 3D image signal that
cannot be detected automatically
When the TV receives a 3D image signal that cannot be
detected automatically, you can select between 3D and
2D image viewing.
1 Select the 3D source (HDMI).
2 Press "3D" button on Remote Control.The
following screen appears.
3 Press c/d to select “Top-Bottom” , “Side-by-
Side” or “Off(2D)”, and then press ;.
E To view in 3D mode (Top-Bottom or Side-
by-Side)

Press a/b to select the 3D signal type (“Side
by Side” or “Top and Bottom”), and then
press ;.
• If you select the same system as that of the input
signal, 3D images are displayed.
2 Turn on the 3D glasses switching them to
"3D" and then wear the 3D glasses.
• The LED lights in green.
E To view in 2D mode
To view 2D mode without glasses:
1 Press a/b to select the "
Off (2D)”
, and then
press ;.
To view 2D mode some of you at the same time than
other people are viewing 3D mode:
1 Follow up the step 1 of previously described
in "
To view in 3D mode (Top-Bottom
or Side-by-Side)
".
2 Turn on the 3D glasses switching to "2D" and
then wear the 3D glasses.
• The LED lights in green.
NOTE
• After approximately 10 minutes without receiving 3D signal
the 3D glasses turn off automatically.
• To power off the power of 3D glasses, switch them to Off.
The LED will also turn off.
