Exiting the WAP browser
Press [ ] to exit the browser.
Favorite
(Menu 6.1.2)
Use this menu to save URL addresses to quickly access
a website.
Adding a favorite
1. Select an empty location.
2. Enter a URL address and press <
Enter
>.
3. Enter a name for the favorite and press <
Enter
>.
Using favorite options
After saving an item, press <
Options
> to access the
following options:
•
Go
to URL
: access the website.
•
Edit
: edit the address and name of the favorite.
•
Delete
: delete the favorite.

Use this menu to manually enter the URL address of a
website and access the website.
Settings

Use this menu to set up servers for the WAP browser.
Contact your service provider for details about your
settings options.
For each server, the following options are available:
•
Profile
name
: assign a name to the server profile.
•
Homepage
URL
: set the address of your
homepage.
•
Security
: select a data transmission mode.
•
Bearer
: select a bearer for each type of network
address accessed;
GPRS
or
Data
.
When the bearer is set to
GPRS
:
•
IP address
: enter the WAP gateway address.
•
User name
: enter the user ID.
•
Password
: enter the password.
•
APN
: enter the access point name of the GPRS
network gateway.
