Speed-Dialling
You can assign up to eight phone numbers from
Phonebook that you use most frequently to the
number keys (2 to 9), and then dial them easily
whenever you want, simply by pressing and holding
the associated number key.
Setting Up Speed-Dial Entries
1. When the idle screen is displayed, press the
Name soft key.
2. Scroll to Speed Dial by pressing the
or key and press the Select soft key.
3. Select the key to which you wish to assign the
speed-dialling feature (keys to ) and
press the OK soft key.
Note
: If you have already assigned a number to
the key, the
Options
soft key replaces the
OK
soft key. Go to Step 6.
4. Select the required phonebook entry from the
list and press the View soft key.
5. Select the required number if the entry has
more than one number, by pressing the
or key and press the Select soft key.
6. Once you have assigned a number to the
selected key, the four options are available when
you press the Options soft key:
Change: allows you to assign a different
number to the key.
Delete: allows you to clear the setting so that
no number is assigned to the key.
