Introduction
Welcome to the DX8100-EXP Expansion Unit upgrade for the DX8100 Series digital video recorder (DVR). This document
serves as a guide for installing the DX8100-EXP Expansion Unit.
If you ordered the DX8124 or DX8132 model DVR, the optional Capture Card and DX8100 I/O card are already installed.
Use the Expansion cable to connect the Expansion Unit to the DX8100. For information about connecting the DX8100
Expansion Unit to the DX8100 DVR, refer to Connecting the Expansion Unit to the DX8100 on page 15.
