8. Do the following:
• Checkmark the Mail Notify box.
• Enter in the Sender Name box the name that will appear as the sender in the e-mail sent for notifications.
• Enter in the Sender E-mail Address box the e-mail address that will appear as the sender’s e-mail address in the e-mail sent for
notifications.
• Enter in the Recipient Name box the name of the person to whom the notifications will be addressed.
• Enter in the Recipient E-mail Address box the address where the e-mail notifications will be sent.
• Enter in the SMTP Server IP box the IP address of the desired e-mail server.
NOTE: The e-mail server must be configured properly and be on the same network as the NVR300 to function.
• If a user name and password are required to send e-mail through the designated mail server, enter them in the UserName and
Password boxes.
• Use the pull-down menu in the E-mail Frequency box to select how often notifications will be sent.
9. Click the NetSend Setting tab. The NetSend Setting page appears.

10. Do the following:
• Checkmark the NetSend Notify box.
• Enter in the Computer Name/IP Address box the IP address of the computer that will receive the Net Send notifications.
• Click the Add button. The newly-added IP address appears as shown in Figure 16.
