The VX3X Vehicle Mount Computer
Introduction
The VX3X Vehicle Mount Computer (VMC) is a rugged, vehicle-mounted, Microsoft
®
Windows
®
CE .NET equipped computer. The VX3X is capable of wireless data communications
from a fork-lift truck or any properly configured vehicle. The unit uses a 2.4 GHz radio for
wireless data communications.
The mobile device is horizontally oriented and features backlighting for the display. The touch-
screen display supports graphic features and Windows icons that the Windows CE .NET
operating system supports. The keys on the keypad are constructed of a phosphorescent material
that can easily be seen in dimly lighted areas.
The VX3X provides the power and functionality of a desktop computer in a vehicle mounted unit,
with a wide range of options:
