FUSEINSTALLATION

(Seepage7forfuseorderinginformation).

1. Disconnectpowertopump.

2. Thefuseholderislocatedonthebackofthecase.

3. Turntheknobcounterclockwise.

4. Slidethefuseout.

5. Removeoldfuseandreplacewithnewfuse.

6. Slidebackinandpushwhileturningclockwisetolock.



MOTORBRUSHREPLACEMENT

(Seepage7forbrushorderinginformation).

1. Disconnectpowertopump.

2. Removecasecoverbyremoving6screws.

3. WithasmallflatheadscrewdriverremovethebrushcapsonbothsidesoftheDC

motor.

4. Removeoldbrushandreplacewithnewbrush.(Slideinhorizontally).

5. Pushmetalplateontheendofthebrushinsideandholditwhilereplacingbrushcap.

6. Replacecasecover.




