3 Connecting the AC power cord
Insert the AC power cord to the wall outlet.
The POWER STANDBY indicator lights up to indicate
when the player is connected to the power source. The
indicator lights regardless of whether the power is on
or off (Australian model only).
4 Inserting batteries into the remote
Insert two size AA (R6) batteries (not supplied)
Replacing batteries
With normal use, the batteries should last for about six
months. When the remote no longer operates the
player, replace all the batteries with new ones.
