This SAMSUNG brand product, assupplied and distributed bySamsung Electronics America, Inc (SAMSUNG)and delivered new,
in the original cartonto the original consumer purchaser, iswarranted by SAMSUNG againstmanufacturing defects inmaterials and
workmanship for a limited warranty period of:
One (1) Year Parts and Labor*
(*90 Days Parts and Labor for Commercial Use)
This limited warranty begins on the original date of purchase, and is valid only on products purchased and used inthe United States. To
receivewarranty service,the purchaser must contact SAMSUNGfor problem determination and service procedures. Warranty service
can only be performed by a SAMSUNG authorizedservice center. The originaldated billof sale must be presented upon request as
proof of purchase to SAMSUNG or SAMSUNG'sauthorized service center.Transportation ofthe product to and from
the servicecenter isthe responsibility ofthe purchaser.
SAMSUNG will repair or replace this product, atour option andat no chargeas stipulated herein, with new orreconditioned parts
or products iffound to be defective during the/mited warranty period specifiedabove. All replaced parts and products become the
property of SAMSUNG and must bereturned to SAMSUNG.Replacement parts and products assumethe remainingoriginalwarranty,
or ninety(90) days,whichever is longer
SAMSUNG'sobligationswithrespectto softwareproductsdistributedbySAMSUNGundertheSAMSUNGbrandnamearesetforthin the
appicableenduserlicenseagreement.Non-SAMSUNGhardwareandsoftwareproducts,ifprovided,are onan"ASIS"basis.
Non-SAMSUNGmanufacturers,supplers, publishers,andserviceprovidersmayprovidetheirownwarranties.
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects inmaterials andworkmanship encountered in normal, andexcept to the extent
otherwise expressly provided for inthis statement, noncommercial useofthis product, and shallnot apply to the following, including,
but not limited to: damage which occurs in shipment; deliveryand insta/ation; applications and usesfor which this product was not
intended; altered product or serialnumbers; cosmetic damage orexterior finish; accidents, abuse, neglect,fire, water, lightningor other
acts of nature; use of products, equipment, systems, uti/ties, services, parts, supples, accessories, applications, installations, repairs,
externalwiring or connectors not supplied and authorized bySAMSUNG, or which damage this product or result inservice problems;
incorrect electrical linevoltage,fluctuations and surges; customer adjustments andfailure to folow operating instructions, cleaning,
maintenance and environmental instructionsthat arecovered and prescribed inthe instruction book; product removalor reinstalation;
reception problems and distortion related to noise, echo, interferenceor other signal transmission anddelivery problems SAMSUNG
does not warrant uninterruptedor error-freeoperation of the product.
