FM Antenna - in most metropolitan areas, the line cord
antenna will provide adequate reception. For
superior reception, especially of Stereo
signals, disconnect the line cord antenna and
connect 300 ohm twin lead to these FM screw
terminals from an FM dipole or other FM antenna.
Or, you can obtain a "signal splitter" and use
your present TV antenna. Check with your local
Radio Shack store for help.
Record Changer/Turntable - If you have a Record Changer/Turntable which has
a ceramic cartridge, you can play records though
your system. Connect the cables from your
Record Changer/Turntable to the PHONO jacks and
plug the line cord from the changer into a
source of AC power.
Tape Deck - If you have a Tape Deck (Cassette, Cartridge or
Reel-to-Reel) with an output of approximately
1/2-volt, connect it to the TAPE jacks on the
back of your Receiver. Plug the line cord of
the Tape Deck into a source of AC power.
Plug the line cord of your Stereo Three into
a source of 120 volts, 60 Hz AC power.
NOTE: Never operate your system without the
speakers being connected.
Felt pads are provided to prevent marring of
furniture and mounting surfaces. Remove
paper backing and press into position on the
bottom of the cabinets.
