ase the risk of lossor damagein transit isto be borneby you. Ifupon examination atthe Factoryor
Polk Audio Authorized Dealer itis determined thatthe unit wasdefective in materialsor workman-

hip at any time duringthis Warranty period, Polk Audioor thePolk Audio AuthorizedDealer will,
at its option, repair orreplace this Productat no additionalcharge, except asset forth below. All

eplaced parts and Products becomethe property ofPolk Audio.Products replaced orrepaired
under this warranty will bereturned to you,within a reasonabletime, freight prepaid.
This warranty does not includeservice orparts to repairdamage caused byaccident, disaster,
misuse, abuse, negligence, inadequate packingor shipping procedures,commercial use, voltage

nputs in excess of therated maximumof the unit,cosmetic appearance ofcabinetry not directly
a
ttributable to defect in materialsor workmanship, orservice, repair,or modification of theProduct
which has not been authorizedor approved byPolk Audio. Thiswarranty shall terminateif the

erial number on the Producthas been removed,tampered with ordefaced.

his warranty is in lieuof allother expressed Warranties. If this Productis defectivein materials
or workmanship as warranted above,your sole remedyshall be repair or replacement asprovided

bove. In no event willPolk Audio,Inc. be liableto you forany incidental orconsequential damages
arising out of the useor inability touse the Product,even if PolkAudio, Inc. ora PolkAudio

uthorized Dealer has been advisedof the possibilityof suchdamages, or forany claim byany
other party. Somestates do notallow the exclusionor limitation ofconsequential damages, so
the above limitation and exclusionmay not applyto you.
All implied warranties on thisProduct are limitedto the durationof this expressedWarranty. Some
