Web Control
For method C or D in Network setting on page 18, use the Web
Control menu to make the setting.
Also, you can access the Web Control menu after making the
network connection.
Access Web Control using a Safari Browser
1 Be sure this unit and your computer are
connected to the same wired or wireless
network.
2 Launch Safari on your computer.
3 Press Bookmark icon ( ) at the upper left
of the screen.
4 Click Bonjour list (a), and then select this
unit's name (Friendly Name) (b) in Bookmark.
Using UPnP function to obtain access:
This unit supports UPnP, so you can access the Web Control
menu from a UPnP-supported device connected to the same
network. For details, consult the Operating Instructions for
the respective system.
When using Windows 7/Windows Vista
1 Click on Start
Documents.
2 From the Explorer menu on the left side of the
screen, select Network.
This unit will appear as an icon connected to the same
network.
3 Right-click on the icon and select “View device
webpage”.
The Web Control menu can be accessed.
When using Windows XP
1 Click on Start
My Network.
2 Click on “Display icons for UPnP devices connected
to the network”.
The icon for this unit will appear as connected to the same
network.
3 When the icon is double-clicked.
The Web Control menu can be accessed.
