■ Troubleshooting
If you cannot connect the device to the compatible phone, proceed as follows:
• Make sure that the Bluetooth feature is activated on the compatible phone.
• Make sure that the device is properly installed, switched on, and paired with
the compatible phone.
• Check that there is power supplied by the car battery.
• Make sure you ended the previous Bluetooth connection from the phone,
if you use several Bluetooth devices.
• Ensure that the device is within 10 meters of the phone and that there are
no obstructions or electronic devices between the two.
• The network capacity and parameters of your network operator may degrade
the sound quality of phone calls. This may occur, for example, in traffic jams,
when many people in the same area are talking on the phone at the same time.
