SX .4 Series Amplifiers
Operation
Kompressor MENU - Here you can select each amplifier’s
Kompressor setting you wish to use. The SX amplifier utilizes a
full digital compressor circuit to tweak the amplifier and the
sound to your unique needs. There are two KOMPRESSOR
menus, one for AMP 1 and one for AMP 2. This allows each
amplifier to have its own individual Kompressor setting.
Use the
UP and DOWN keys to
scroll through
AMP-1 and AMP-2 and
press the
ENT key to select the
amplifier you want to adjust.
Use the
UP and DOWN keys to
scroll through
red-line, contour,
attack and OFF.
Press the
ESC key to accept your
selection and return to the
KOMPRESSOR menu
AMP-1 / AMP- 2
options to select the other amplifier.
When you are done adjusting the
selected amplifier’s Kompressor, press
the
ESC key again to return to the
MAIN menu
NOTE...
While adjusting the Kompressor you will notice the
KOMP
indicator on the ISIS VFD display is lit. This indicates you
are in the KOMPRESSOR menu.
The
AMP1 or AMP 2 indicator will light up to indicate which
amplifier you are currently adjusting.
See the specifications pages for a brief description of each
Kompressor setting and some general guidelines for their use.

If done adjusting the muting, press
the
ESC key again to return to the
MAIN menu
NOTE...
While adjusting the MUTE you will notice the
mute indica-
tor on the ISIS VFD display is lit. This indicates you are in
the MUTE menu.
The
AMP1 or AMP 2 indicator will light up to indicate which
amplifier you are currently adjusting.
There is also a
LEFT and a RIGHT indicator that will light up
to let you know which channel (Left and/or Right) that you are
currently muting.
If you exit the MUTE menu with any channel(s) muted, the
LEFT and/or RIGHT indicators will flash to indicate this.

output for setup or testing purposes. There are two MUTE
menus, one for AMP 1 and one for AMP 2. This allows each
amplifier to have its own individual muting function.
Use the
UP and DOWN keys to
scroll through
AMP-1 and AMP-2 and
press the
ENT key to select the
amplifier you want to adjust.
Use the
UP and DOWN keys to
scroll through
BOTH, LEFT and
right. Press the ENT to select
the one you want to mute.
Now use the
UP and DOWN keys
to select from
MUTE ON or mute off.
Press the
ESC key to return to the
selected amplifier’s MUTE menu.
When you are done adjusting the
selected amplifier’s muting, press the
ESC key again to return to the
MUTE menu
AMP-1 / AMP- 2
options to select the other amplifier.
