AV COMPU LINK Remote Control System
The AV COMPU LINK remote control system allows you to operate JVC video components (TV, VCR, and DVD player)
through the receiver.
To use this remote control system, you need to connect the video components you want to operate, following the diagrams below and the
procedure on the next page.
CONNECTIONS 1:
CASE1: If the components are equipped with the S-video
terminals
CASE2: If the components are not equipped with the S-
video terminals
CONNECTIONS 2:
CASE3: If only the VCR is equipped with the S-video
terminal
CASE4: If only the DVD player is equipped with the S-video
terminal

Notes:
When connecting only the VCR and DVD player to this receiver, connect it directly to the receiver
using cable with the monaural mini-plugs.
You can only connect the TV with AV COMPU LINK to the AV COMPU LINK terminal.
Refer also to the manuals supplied with your video components.
CAUTION:
The AV COMPU LINK remote control system cannot control the DBS tuner
connected to the TV SOUND/DBS jacks.
