• Do not cover the ventilation openings with any
items, such as newspapers, tablecloths, or
curtains.

as vases or candles.
• Do not use your radio in an area with extremely
high or low temperature.
• Do not expose your radio to dripping or
splashing water. If your radio gets wet, an
electrical short may occur which can lead to a
shock or fire.
• The power cord is the main disconnect device for
your radio. Make sure that the power outlet is
easy to reach.
• When you install the remote control battery,
make sure that the + symbol on the battery faces
out.
• When you replace the battery, make sure that
the replacement battery is of the same type and
voltage. If you use the wrong type battery, an
explosion may occur.
