SET-UP AND INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place the transmitter on top of your TV, shelf or flat surface.
Make sure there is a power socket available for the main power adaptor
2. Plug the transmitter’s main power adapter into a standard electrical
power socket, then plug the power lead into the transmitter base
socket (please see ).
3. Since the infrared signal is emitted in a 30 degree conical form and
maximum 24 feet line of sight , it is recommend that you place the
transmitter base facing where you will be sitting while watching
TV and make sure that the battery housings are fully plugged in to
the transmitter base (see ). You must have a clear and
unobstructed view of the transmitter front while watching TV and
using the headphones. The signal does not transmit through objects!
Do not face the transmitter towards a window or glass sliding door,
as the infrared ray may escape through the window or door instead
of reflecting around the room. If the headphone is placed too far from
the transmitter, a hissing noise may occur. This is a characteristic
of infrared systems and does not mean that the system is defective,
Move closer to the transmitter and or move to a darker area.
4. Make sure that the battery is fully inserted into the headphones .
Then place the headphones shown in into the transmitter.
All two LEDs should now be visible in the front window. Please
charge the batteries at least 16 hours for first time use.
5. Connect the audio input of the transmitter (either the A RCA socket
or B 3.5mm socket) to the audio output of the audio sources, using
the 3.5mm – 2RCA audio cord supplied.
6. Once you have set everything up you should see two LEDs in the
front of the transmitter window (please see ). This indicates
that the batteries are charging.
7. Important: first turn the volume knob on the under chin headset to
the lowest setting until you hear and feel a click (please
see ) .

there may be some static noise, but this is normal.
