cl PAUSE SELECTOR
During disc play, press this button to tempo-
rarily stop play of the disc (the play arrow “ “
on the display panel will disappear). Press the
button again to resume play of the disc from
the point at which it was stopped.
cm PROGRAMMEMORYSELECTION
Up to 6 tracks can be programmed to be
played in your selected order on this unit. The
following procedure is used to program the
order of track play:
1. Insert the disc into the unit to begin disc
play.
2. Use the Track Search function bq to select
the track to be programmed to play first.
When the track number appears on the
display panel, press the #1 Program
Memory button cm for approximately 2 sec-
onds until the track number stops flashing.
3. In a similar manner to programming the first
selection, use the Track Search function
bq to select the track to be programmed to
play second and press the #2 Program
Memory button cm .
4. Continue the above procedure until all the
desired tracks (up to 6) have been set into
Program Memory buttons #1 through #6.
cn PROGRAMMED PLAY(P-PLAY)
After completing the programming procedure,
play of the tracks in programmed order can be
started by pressing the Programmed Play
button cn . The “P” indication will appear on the
display panel and the first programmed track
will begin play. To stop Programmed Play and
return to playing the disc in normal order,
press the Programmed Play button cn again
so that the “P” disappears from the display
panel.
NOTE: Programmed Play memory will be
automatically cleared when the disc is
ejected and removed from the unit or
when the Re-Set button cs is pressed.

co DISC EJECT ( )
Disc play is stopped, the disc is ejected and the
unit will change to radio operation by pressing
this button. If the disc is not removed from the
unit and the button is pressed again, the disc
will be re-loaded and begin playing.
cp DISCSTANDBY SELECTOR (ST-BY)
During disc play, pressing this button will stop
play of the disc and switch to radio operation
without ejecting the disc. During this time, the
disc-in indication “ “ will remain on the
display panel to show that a disc is still loaded
in the unit and the “ST-BY” indication will flash
to show the unit is in the Standby mode. Press
the Standby button cr again to return to disc
play from the beginning of the track in play at
the time Standby mode was activated.
cq TIME/FREQUENCYDISPLAY
SELECTOR (T/F)
During radio or CD play, press this button to
call the time display on the incorporated quartz
clock. The display will automatically return to
radio frequency or disc track/elapsed time
after 5 seconds.
cr FRONT PANEL RELEASE BUTTON
This button is used to release the mechanism
that holds the front panel to the chassis. To
detach the front panel, press the button so that
the right side of the panel is released. Grasp
the right side of the panel and pull it off of the
chassis. To re-attach the panel, slide the left
side of the panel into the opening on the left
side of the chassis and then press the right
side of the panel into place until the latching
mechanism engages.
