DVD player is "LOCKED"--how can we unlock it??

5 Hold (4-5 seconds?)the "Open disk" Button down (on player) until message on screen reads "UNLOCKED". Do the opposite to "Lock" the Door.

0 Stuck in play position, DVD cannot be changed but when we try to release it there is a flash message and emblem "LOCKED"
