Toshiba DVD Home Theater System, SD-KT50. I can't...

Toshiba DVD Home Theater System, SD-KT50. I can't get audio signals through the center or rear audio outputs. Woofer and front audio outputs work fine. Speakers are not the problem as they work when used elsewhere. How do I drive audio signals through the center and rear audio outputs?
