Unit is not under warranty. I have power board out of unit. The powerboard states RTD 258 TM# 56104590 2006-2-17 ver 04 It is a printed circuit board. Unit does not power up. Have extracted faulty circuits but i cannot identify the resistor located at r116 on the board it is too badly burned and i cannot read the color bands. Please tell me what the resistance value is . rca no help...victor
